Welcome!
I am a bilingual (SP/EN) art therapist and counselor specialized in trauma, grief and loss, and career development, addressing academic and workplace stressors. I also focus on identity integration for individuals managing multiple roles demands and provide support for mood regulation related to anxiety and depression.
I work from an intersectional and culturally informed framework, exploring how experiences and narratives are shaped by systems of oppression, power dynamics, and other social factors impacting your identity.
I integrate phenomenological approaches to art therapy with narrative and solution-focused modalities. My practice is Trauma-Informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, Sex-Positive, and Poly-Aware and Kink-Knowledgeable.
